Celebrating Barrie Masters

Today we celebrate the life of Barrie Masters.

Whilst family, friends, band mates and fans will attend the funeral this afternoon, we realise there are a lot of you around the world who will be unable to attend.

So that you can join us in celebrating Barrie, we have published the full 'Done Everything We Wanna Do' show from earlier this year. There will be no commercial release of this show - we want you to enjoy it and raise a glass to Barrie.

Done Everything We Wanna Reviews...

There's a great review of our 'Done Everything We Wanna Do' show in the new issue of Vive Le Rock Magazine. Look for the issue with the Stray Cats on the front cover.

Some of the crew for Heatwave Mag were also in attendance and they did a pretty comprehensive write up with video clips here!

End of tour...

The tour with Stiff Little Fingers came to an end last night in London. What a brilliant night to end the tour! Huge thanks to all of you that came out to join the fun at your chosen venue, thanks to the SLF crew who were great, Rob Warman for being our driver, Jimmy Riddle for just being Jimmy Riddle, the SLF fans for showing their appreciation and Jake and the boys for inviting us on the tour. It was a blast!

All leftover tour merch stock is now up in our shop, sizes are limited. Pre-order for the exclusive 13th April show shirt closes on 2nd April.

Next stop for Barrie is the Vive Le Rock awards on 27th March where he'll pick up the VLR Pioneer Award and perform a couple of songs with the house band.

Please do keep checking back here and on our social media sites. As our walk off song sang - ‘We’ll meet again...’

This month's Vive Le Rock magazine features 6 pages of Hot Rods! Barrie Masters did a special interview for the magazine who are main sponsors for the April event. It's worth noting that Barrie said 'I'm not saying that we're going to knock it on the head completely; obviously we'll still do the odd festival and things like that, but I ain't no spring chicken no more' so whilst March is the final tour, who knows what the future may bring...
